I am diabetic for the past 23 years since my daughter's pregnancy. I have been under different types of medications like Allopathy, Ayurveda, Sidhay naturopathy etc. In spite of that, my diabetes was not under control leading to my frustration because of taking the restricted diet. My daily diet restrictions didn't help to control my sugar levels. Then I had bypass surgery on Oct 17. My son contacted you to bring my sugar levels under control by managing my diet. When I met you for the first time, I was not that happy because I thought it was going to be another waste effort on me. As everyone does, I too started my own ways of dieting and exercising, which barely benefited me. Then I started to search diet plans through my friends and the internet. I followed different diets such as GM diet, High Protein diet, and other crash diets, which helped me lose a few kgs but it bounced back once I returned to my regular diet.
